Terms and conditions

All clients are required to sign a client release form prior to commencing any treatment and to make the practitioner aware of any contraindications they may present with. Any client photographs used at consultation stage or throughout treatment will be stored on the clients digital record for reference. 

Booking Information & Cancellations 

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients 

Please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or arrives more than 10 minutes after the appointment time. In either case, we will charge the patient a £25 missed appointment fee should you wish to re book this appointment. 

If a client no shows 2 consecutive appointments without making contact with the clinic we will remove all upcoming appointments from the diary until the client makes contact. This is to avoid consistent lost time in the diary and free the slots up for clients that do wish to attend. 

 

Refund Polic

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note depending on the circumstances. This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened.

 

*General Covid-19 Operational Guidance*:

All appointments to be made via booking only. 

Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins prior to your appointment time. Unfortunately due to limited availability and stringent cleaning procedures, late arrivals will be unable to proceed and will need to be re arranged.

On arrival, please adhere to the signage upon entry and make use of the sanitation station at the front door.

Face masks will be essential for all treatments. 

All new clients will be asked to complete a Covid-19 health disclaimer prior to appointment taking place.

If you are feeling unwell, have developed a cough, sore throat or fever above 37.6 degrees or have been diagnosed or come into contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the 14 days leading up to your appointment you must avoid coming to your appointment, advise us by calling 01209 699702 and self isolate.
